30:00 AMRAP: 80m sprint, 2 tire flips. 1 min rest between rounds. RX+ includes bounding through the tire each flip. Every time you complete 3 rounds, you must complete 15 DB push press (AHAP) before beginning the next round. Score is total reps of flips and DB push press.
