Metcon (AMRAP – Reps)

1 round of 1 min of each then 2 mins each: thrusters (95/65 (rx+ 115/75), pullups, KBS (1.5/1 rx+ 2p/1.5). 3 mins rest, then 5 min AMRAP of 10 thrusters, 10 pullups, 10 KBS. One score for total reps of first WOD, one score for rounds + reps of second WOD.
