Conditioning

12 min AMRAP: ME partner burpee WBs. Every 20 WB total, both partners complete 5 strict pullups. Rx+ uses the rig as WB target. Scale burpee WB to 1:1 burpee and partner WB.

Rest 4 minutes

12 min AMRAP: one partner holds 135/95 (rx+ 205/140) in the front rack, other partner runs 200m. If failure, both partners must perform a 10 deadlift penalty before running again.
